5- WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?

As a data subject (Relevant Person), you have certain rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law. According to the relevant article, as a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information regarding the processing of your personal data, if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, either domestically or abroad,
  • Request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incorrectly or incompletely, and request that this correction be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for its processing no longer exist, and request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • Object to the processing of personal data, if it results in an adverse outcome for you exclusively through automated means,
  • Request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your applications regarding these rights by filling out the Data Subject Application Form, which is available on our website, or by using other methods provided by the relevant legislation.

In this context, you can send your request regarding your rights to our e-mail address (which may be updated from time to time) provided below, via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, with a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or through the electronic mail address you have previously informed the Company and which is registered in the Company’s system (by adding identification documents to your application form). Alternatively, you can submit the request by delivering a signed petition along with identification documents to our address (which may also be updated) either in person or via notary.

For your application to use the rights listed above, the request must be clear and understandable, related to you personally or with proper authorization if acting on behalf of someone else, and include your identity and address information.

Our Company will address requests in the application as soon as possible, and at the latest within thirty days (free of charge, unless it requires a fee). If the process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the rate set by the Personal Data Protection Authority. If the response exceeds 10 (ten) pages, a processing fee of 1.00 TRY will be charged for each additional page. If the response is requested in a storage medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee will be determined according to the cost of the requested storage medium.
